Can I cancel anytime?

What happens after my free trial ends?
After your 14-day Pro trial, you can choose to subscribe or drop back to the free Starter plan. No credit card required to start.
What exactly does the AI handle — do I need to do anything?
You submit the issue once. After that, AI triages urgency, finds the right vendor, negotiates the price, schedules the appointment, follows up if anything slips, and verifies the job is complete. You get one notification at the end with a summary.
Does AI really negotiate price with vendors?
Yes. On Pro and Portfolio plans, the AI contacts vendors, discusses the scope of work, and agrees on a fair rate before booking — so you never overpay or waste time haggling.
Are vendors background-checked?
All vendors in our network are vetted, and many carry insured and licensed badges. You can filter by trust signals in the vendor marketplace.
Can I add more properties to my Pro plan?
Pro supports up to 5 properties. If you need more, the Portfolio plan gives you unlimited properties and a dedicated account manager.
