Born from the frustration of managing properties the old way
The founders of CanadaAgent AI were landlords themselves. They spent years dealing with the same broken cycle: tenant calls at odd hours, vendor no-shows, repair jobs that dragged on for weeks, and no single place to track any of it.
Traditional property management companies charged 8–12% of monthly rent just to do what a well-designed AI system could handle in seconds. So we built one.

Location & availability matching
The AI cross-references the property address against vendors in our network who are available in that city and service area.
Scoring & ranking
Each vendor is scored on rating (50 pts), response time (30 pts), completed jobs (15 pts), and trust signals — vetted, insured, licensed (10 pts). Urgent jobs get a priority bonus.
Top 3 surfaced instantly
The highest-scoring vendors are presented with their match score and the reasons they were selected — so you always know why a vendor was recommended.

Urgent jobs receive an additional priority bonus. Maximum score: 105 pts.
